Specific monitoring, installation, response, support and service obligations are governed by the written agreement between VideoGuard and the customer. Service capabilities may vary by site, equipment, connectivity, jurisdiction and agreed response protocol.

No guarantee of prevention

Security systems and monitoring services are intended to reduce risk and improve situational awareness but cannot guarantee that crime, loss, injury or other incidents will be prevented.

Intellectual property

VideoGuard names, branding, website content and original materials are owned by or licensed to VideoGuard. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products or platforms describe technology that may be used in providing VideoGuard services and do not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
